Step 1: Measure your "C1" Measurement:
-"C1" Measurement is the circumference of your foot.
Step 2: Measure your "C2" Measurement:
-"C2" Measurement is the circumference of the biggest part of your calf.
Step 3: Measure your "L" Measurement:
-"L" Measurement is the length of your entire leg - from the floor to your knee.
Step 4: Refer to Chart:
-Look under the C1 column and find the box that has your C1 measurement.
-Look under the C2 column and fine the box that has your C2 measurement.
-If your "L" is Lower than 40cm, refer to the first "L" column for the appropriate size to order
-If your "L" is greater than 40cm, refer to the second "L" column for the appropriate size to order.
If you are between two sizes, order the larger size, as you do not want the garment to be too small

-"C2" Measurement is the circumference of the biggest part of your upper arm (above the elbow).
Step 3: Measure your "L" Measurement:
-"L" Measurement is the length of your arm from the middle of your hand to your shoulder.
Step 4: Refer to Chart:
-Look under the C1 column and find the box that has your C1 measurement.
-Look under the C2 column and fine the box that has your C2 measurement.
-If your "L" is lower than 50cm, refer to the first "L" column for the appropriate size to order
-If your "L" is greater than 50cm, refer to the second "L" column for the appropriate size to order.
If you are between two sizes, order the larger size, as you do not want the garment to be too small
