3. Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to quality. If you receive a faulty product or the wrong size, contact us immediately to request an exchange.

Product Exchanges: Must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Faulty Products: Items received in damaged or faulty condition may be eligible for exchange after verification.

Important Notice on Fast’n Go Bandages:

Fast’n Go Bandages are designed to adjust as limb size decreases. This is a sign that they are working. We

do not offer refunds if bandages become loose over time. Please consult our

sizing guide before purchasing.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).High order volumes may cause delays; we will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees, which must be paid by the recipient. RHS has no control over these charges.

Damages & Lost Shipments

RHS is not liable for damages or lost packages during shipping.
